Over 200 committed lay-people and pastors joined together with Pastor & Mrs Torres of Mission College of Evangelism, Dr Roy Adams, Associate Editor (Retired) Adventist Review, and a large group of trainers for a weekend when they made the choice that for them, church and life would no longer be 'business as usual'.

2014 year-end message - Pastor Ian Sweeney
If you survived the craziness of the black Friday sales you did well. The financially restrained Pastor Ian Sweeney found himself astonished at how people were desperate to get their hands on televisions -even to the point that people began fighting and cursing one another. That hardly seems to be the spirit of Christmas. Perhaps there is a better way to share that spirit. In his year-end message, Pastor Sweeney, President of the Seventh-day Adventist Church in the UK and Ireland, admires the desperation of the paralytic in the Mark 2 story and how he strived to get into Jesus presence. "Perhaps as Christians we ought to exhibit the same passion to be in the presence of Jesus and be desperate to share our testimony of Jesus."

'The Rock' exhibition
Taking traditional evangelism and showcasing it in a new environment led artist Laurent Grisel on a two year quest to mount an exhibition at Wimbledon Public library. For a full week, Monday, 21 – Sunday 27 October, library visitors could stroll around the gallery and discover how the 2,500 year old prophecy of 'The Rock' in Daniel chapter 2 is still relevant in their lives today.
